Please write us to check if your chosen accomodation is available for the dates of your interest. We will reply as soon as possible.
When your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation form containing the costs list and the accepted payment methods.
GUARANTEE AND PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION:
The standart method is “the check-in payment” .
We accept the following credit cards Visa – Mastercard – American Express, bancomat and cash.
In order to CONFIRM your reservation, you need to send us a copy of the money transfer receipt (A) or a credit card number (B).
(A) Bank Transfer payment:
You are asked to pay a deposit of 30% of the TOTAL AMOUNT within 30 days since the receiving of the reservation confirmation.
- The reservation is considered CONFIRMED only when we will receive the deposit payment receipt
- The final payment will be completed on the check-in day
- We accept credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS)
(B) Credit Card Payment as guarantee of reservation
To guarantee your reservation you need to write an e-mail to email@example.com and indicate the following credit card details:

YOUR FULL NAME (as indicated on the card)
If you will book “directly” or with “free cancellation”, this company reserves the right to check the card validity before your arrival by asking for a credit card pre authorisation.
Free cancellation: Any day up to 30 days before your arrival. Any change or cancellation made 30 days before your arrival will incur no charge.
Penalty: In case of cancellation or booking changes made within 30 days of your arrival day or no show, you will be charged 50% of total booking ammount.
IMPORTANT: The credit card will be used only for the penalty payment (no show and late cancellation)
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT INFORMATION
- Check-in in winter (1st November – 31st March) From 2:00 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Check-in in summer (1st April – 31st October) From 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Check-out: From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. We kindly invite you to respect the schedule in order to allow the flat cleaning for the next guest.
IMPORTANT: In our residences there is no reception or night service, we kindly invite you to let us know at least 2 hours in advance your arrival time by writing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or at 0039 335 7052015 (call or SMS). If you will arrive later than expected, please inform us in order to give you instructions on collecting the keys.
